We are a 3100 square foot facitlity dedicated to the CrossFit philosphy.  Come check us out.  We have all the strength and conditioning equipment you need to become a better athlete: bumper plates, iron plates, rings, pullup rigs, power racks, squat stands, olympic platforms, bars, kettlebells, dumbbells, sleds, farmers walk handles, atlas stones, prowlers, plyo boxes up to "30, giant tires, sledgehammers, med balls, and most importantly, the coaching, knowledge, and programming to put it all together to make you reach the goals you have. 




If you are coming from Smallwood Dr, turn onto Industrial Park Dr. and we are located on the LEFT across from a pond/lake right past Rainbow Construction. 

If you are coming from Post Office Rd., turn onto Industrial Park Dr., keep going past the FedEx delivery depot on the right and after Freedom Office Supply on your left, we are the next RIGHT.
